After seeing Hinske bat in the 8th (I thought they'd pinch for him, I don't know who I thought they had, I was just frustrated) I announced "If the Red Sox aren't going to care about this game then neither am I." I went to bed.

You should know better than to go to bed with Ortiz the third batter due up in the bottom of the 9th. Shame on you!!
yeah but, in all fairness, this is the first time he's done that all year.
it is not the first time he's been up in the 9th with the tying or go-ahead run in play this year. plenty of missed opportunities make this one all the more sweet to find out about, though.
